1. Data controller

This notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) by Bayram Ali Geçgel (NOKTApp), acting as data controller.

2. Data we process and how we collect it

• Forms (demo, quote, contact, “Call me back”): name, phone number, email, business name, product of interest, your message; date, time, page and language of submission.
• Alisa chat: the messages you type and any contact details you share in the chat. Chats are recorded.
• Call-backs and verification: your phone number and the content of the voice call when you request a call-back; one-time codes sent to verify your phone.
• Dealer application (bayi.noktapp.com): company title, contact name, email, phone, city, district, address, tax office and number, website, products you want to sell and your note; login and activity records if a dealer account is opened.
• App installation (/install): your device identifier (UDID) and model to register an iPhone or iPad.
• Technical data: IP address, browser information and security logs.

This data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the forms, chat window and install page on this website.

3. Purposes

• Responding to your demo, quote, information and call-back requests
• Providing product and service information relevant to your request
• Answering your questions in the Alisa chat
• Installing our apps on your device
• Evaluating dealer applications and managing the dealer relationship
• Preventing abuse of forms and chat (spam, bots) and keeping the website secure
• Producing aggregate visitor statistics without cookies
• Meeting our legal obligations

4. Legal grounds

We process your data under KVKK Art. 5(2): because it is directly necessary to set up or perform a contract for the demo, quote, call-back and installation you request (c); for our legitimate interests in security, spam prevention, statistics and service quality (f); and to meet our legal obligations (ç). Marketing messages are sent only if you give separate consent.

5. Recipients and transfers abroad

We do not sell your data. We share it only as far as needed to provide the service with:

• iFastNet: website and email hosting; servers in the United Kingdom.
• Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): content delivery, security, bot protection (Turnstile) and cookieless visitor statistics.
• Anthropic PBC (USA): generating replies to your Alisa chat messages.
• Retell AI, Inc. (USA): placing the voice call-backs you request.
• Netgsm (Türkiye): sending verification codes and notifications by WhatsApp or SMS.
• YouTube / Google (USA): only when you press play on a video.

Because these providers' servers are located abroad, the data above is transferred outside Türkiye within the scope of KVKK Art. 9. Data may also be disclosed to legally authorised public authorities on request.

6. Retention

Form and chat records are kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded, security logs for the period required by law, and device registrations for as long as app distribution continues. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Cookies and third-party content

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and video preview images are served from our own server. YouTube videos do not load until you press play; once you do, YouTube's (Google's) privacy policy applies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie. Your Alisa chat history is kept in your browser's local storage so you can continue the conversation.

8. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request erasure or destruction under KVKK Art. 7; to request that third parties who received it be notified of these actions; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

Send your request in writing to the address above, or from the email address registered with us to support@noktapp.com. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if an action involves additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply. If your request is refused or you find the answer insufficient, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
